Note: An email filter enables you to redirect or delete email messages automatically using criteria you specify. It's a good way to block unwanted emails.

1. Click Mail.

2. Click E-mail Filtering.

3. Click Add Filter.

4. In the Filter box, click the down arrow to view the various filter options.

5. For this demonstration, we are going to choose the Body filter which scans the body of the email message.

6. You have options on how the filter behaves. We will select contains which finds all occurences of a given string.

7. Enter the string that will serve as a filter.

8. You can leave Discard to automatically delete messages that are caught by the filter.

9. Click the Activate button.

10. Congratulations! You just created an email filter.
