1. Click Backup.

2. To backup the root folder, click Download a home directory Backup. The File Download window opens.

3. Click the Save button.

4. Click Save again.

5. You can also backup a database without using PHPMyAdmin. Click the Save button under Download a MYSQL Database Backup.

6. In the File name box, modify the name if you wish and then click the Save button.

7. You can also create a backup for any subdomain you have created by clicking items appearing below this area.
