HostMentor offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible hosting plans so you can try the Services risk-free.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with an eligible hosting plan, request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase and we'll refund the hosting fee, no questions asked.
2. What's eligible
The guarantee applies to first-time purchases of shared, WordPress, and cloud/VPS hosting plans. Renewals, upgrades, and usage-based charges are not covered by the initial-purchase guarantee.
3. Non-refundable items
Domain registrations and transfers are non-refundable once processed, because registry fees are charged immediately. Certain add-ons (e.g. premium SSL) may be non-refundable; this is noted at checkout.
4. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
5. How to request
Open a ticket from your dashboard or email contact@hostmentor.com within the 30-day window. We'll confirm eligibility and process your refund promptly.
